怎麽把不在合同上的房客趕出去？

我們的房客有個親戚一直住在那兒，我們也沒太計較。但現在發現她很討厭，總是以房客的發言人自居，動不動就是要給housing authority 打電話什麽的。怎麽才能把她趕出去？
