再請教一個dual agent 的問題

我們買的這個short sale 是找的dual agent, 因為他根本不理buyer agent要賺這個6%的commission. 但這次銀行隻願意給4%commission. 他就問我們討這2%. 我們跟他溝通後雙方達成1.5%.因為最後的price 是listing price. 還是相當好的價錢. 現在的問題是這筆錢他不要走escow.要money order. 這就有風險.各位大俠有何見教? 多謝!
