1, tenants are careless, because they did not pay for it.
2. actually old appliances were built better. I actually fixed two washers with little effort. What happened is that the washers uses plastic for cover start/stop safety trigger. The plastic broke just a few years. so the question is why use plastic, not use metal?
This is the way to have people buying new ones. more for GDP, right?
