maybe in English I can understand better, you mean you replacing furnace or air handler? and your max height available is 5ft? you have it in closet? or attic? if in attic, you can find a multi-position furnance.

garrison(make by nordyne) has it low as 34inch in height. plus your a-coil about 18-22inches.
