本人搶的Short Sale已經到了Lawyer那裏。

要不是本人當機立斷用Dual Agent， 那肯定是拿不到的。Agent一天之內收到3個Offer,其中有人願意Escalation 5000 刀。好的Short Sale還是要用Dual Agent。
