這個月原來的房客搬走了，我在craglist 是登了招租的廣告，廣告隻有大致的地點，沒有地址，幾天後收到了一個Email:

i am inquiring about.I am currently in the UK and i am relocating over to the US to do a
survey for my employer (Apex insurance Inc),as we are about to open an office in the State,due to the fact that i can not be present to inspect the Property,
I would like you to give me the below detail
# I need full details including address of the property and pictures
if available
# Monthly rentals/security deposits
# If utilities is added to monthly rent
# When the property would be available
# Mail me the total move in cost

上網查了一下，是個騙局，我就用了市警局的地址作為出租房的地址回了他的Email。
兩年前，我在Craglist上登廣告時，直接寫了地址，有人用我的廣告改低了租金和聯係方式，登了廣告，說人在國外，讓有興趣的客戶自己去看，若要租房，隻要把定金和租金用西聯匯款匯到XX帳戶，就會把Key寄到府......
請大家在登招租廣告時，要注意保護自己。
