corner lot 好嗎？

我想換房，主要是為了孩子上好學校，我們這裏有一好學區，大多數房建於1979左右，房況還行，標準lot 是0.14 ACRE， SFH 價45w，但corner lot可達 0.3 ACRE, SFH可能在62w左右，房稍大點，我家就三人，但我圖的是以後地升值，我以後可把房推倒建兩邊duplex, 因為是好學區，不愁出租，大家說是買標準lot的SFH, 還是買corner lot 的SFH？我們雙職工，工作穩定。
