請教：我會有大麻煩嗎，如果我停止貸款申請

我正在做自住房的重新貸款，利率和貸款都批準了。因為房子評估價太低，我要放很多錢進去才能避免PMI.
因此，我不想做這筆貸款了，我會有大麻煩和後果嗎？
