吐血奉獻，同學們不信啊

 經過長期觀察實踐，發現 Chase 的 home value estimator is good

The point is do NOT pay more than the price given by this estimator (or given by Zillow if it is lower as some 同學們 suggested :) 不管agents如何鼓勵你哈。Agents 總是鼓勵的多no matter which way the market is heading :)

信不信由你，I just purchased a house at a price that is significantly lower than what this estimator and Zillow gave.
