here is the reason why landlording is still exciting...

spend 4 hours this morning in court today...

1. file for 1 eviction.

2. file for 1 rents and damages claim.

3. motion for 1 case of dismissal, defendant pay in full.

4. motion for 1 garnishment order.

5. motion to extend civil warrant for 12 deadbeats.

6. motion to new hearing for 21 non-paying cases.
