IRA 問題

請問我把原來公司401k換成了IRA.現在應該是traditiona IRA 吧?我是否有必要把他換成roth ＩＲＡ.除了先交稅,以後不用交.另外有什麽好處．可以提前取出嗎？

另外,我是在vanguard買IRA.你們有什麽fund推薦嗎.不知道是買index fund, mutual fund, 還是ETF好.Thanks in advance for any of your input,
