不是最好的選擇，因為如果破產還沒有解決， after they sign lease, then file bankcruptcy, they can stay your property for free. You cannot evict them until the case is solved. Be caution, Check all reference carefuly. I saw people midifed their pay check, and bankstatements當然這種人我多數pass掉。我所說的情況是南加中偏上的區。MM多當心一些，不要著急可以再等一等，找一個好客人比什麽都強. 麵試幾家直覺會告訴你，跟談戀愛一樣，謊話連諞，牛皮大王，你是不會要的。
