如果租客提前預付房祖，可以省去租客的credit check嗎？

一個看起來蠻有米的租客，因為火災，突然沒房子住了，看中了我們出租的townhouse，想租。不過他不想我們check他的credit，說是離婚的時候他的信用分降低好多，不想因為租房子查credit而減少分數。但是他答應租六個月，先預付第一個月和最後一個月的房租，另加兩個月的房租做押金。大家覺得這樣做靠譜嗎? 謝謝～
