It's not that I've accepted end of August move in date first and changed later, we are still in the stage of discussing everything. If they move in earlier, they pay rent, Now they move in later, they pay hotel but both should be out of their own expense. The rent starts the day when they move in. But due to the inconvenience this causes, i'm willing to compensate half of that amount which is $500.
