One tenent from other state want to rent our house:He has no income and is going to school for PHD program, he has one kid and stay home wife, he showed his bank statment: $50000 deposit on mid June, withdraw around $15000 twice, now has around $12000 left. He is willing to pay 8 months rent in advance, plus 2 month security deposit. He don't want to pay $30 background check since he feels not comfortable from his previous experiance that some landlord made money through collecting application fee.shall we accept his offer? Rental is 1300/month. We will pay for him if we are going to consider him.
