加州地主，你們一般收多少security deposit? 1 month rent?

加州地主，你們一般收多少security deposit? 1 month rent? 我知道limit是2 month rent.

剛有一不錯的potential tenant因為我收application fee $30和 1 month+$400 deposit而申請別的房子去了。似乎對於low income的家庭，一點點錢都差別很大。所以想請教一下standard practice.
