請教房大俠們,有用smartmove.com 查房客信用和犯罪記錄的嗎?信息可靠嗎?

最近查一房客,說有兩個犯罪紀錄,一個報告上的名字和駕照上的不完全一樣; 另一個名字徹底不一樣. 不知該不該相信.  信用六百多. 請建議
