Here is a break down:

80% furnace: 600-700.

pipe: 100(should be less)

metal pieces for input and output, and exhaust vent pipes: 200-300 (add $300-400 if new liner required)

Labor: dismantal of old furnace, seal old oil tank(removal of oil tank subject to local regulations, not included). Install new furnace and clean ducts: $1000
