首先，你不是房東。其次，你和這個惡房客之間是口頭約定的二房東和房客的關係，但是沒有租約。隻要你的這個惡房客不承認這個口頭租約，那麽你和他之間就隻是roommate的關係，而且是在你沒有房東書麵同意的情況下你私自找的roommate。你還是早點搬走讓房東去evict他比較靠譜。
