小地主之煩惱 二: attic insulation

我有一個舊房子， attic 沒有，insulation， 所以樓上不保溫。我聽說有一種attic insulation 可以用管子打進去的。我的attic是已進裝修好做臥室的。不用動現在的牆，就能衝進insulation 嗎?

有經驗的能否談談。我在馬裏蘭。有沒有好的公司推薦。
