說酒

芝加哥的朋友知道我對酒情有獨鍾，特別給我定了本Wine Spectator，今天收到第一期。上午在家休息，就看這本雜誌。

我喜歡吃辣椒，葡萄酒裏能和spicy food陪的太少。看到的書裏（那個R&D又要說我書呆子了。：）。）提及的隻有德國的Gewurztraminer。當年弄了一瓶，是1。5升的那種大瓶，相當於普通兩瓶的量。開了沒法一次喝完，age了幾年，最後帶到阿拉巴馬的朋友那裏去了。現在有了煤氣的爐子，夏天在外麵燒辣椒魚太方便了，什麽時候要再去找兩瓶來。冰啤酒就辣椒魚不錯，總得改改口味不是。

家裏葡萄酒酒不多了。都是酒店打折時買的便宜貨，所謂Value的檔次，十到十五塊一瓶的價格，能打個20-30%的折。消費水平就這樣了。今天這本雜誌不錯，有特詳細的介紹，什麽能age,age多久等等，方便我去選酒了。估計得炒兩把股票，賺點錢才行。不然河東虎嘯，喝酒的情趣很快就沒了。：）。

酒櫃裏白酒還有三瓶，黃酒一瓶，都是朋友送的。洋酒也有幾瓶，有女兒倫敦帶回來的，也有朋友送的。白酒我還行，冬天哥們幾個，來一盤我夏天種的豆角幹一類下酒，別有風趣。一瓶朋友從浙江帶來的女兒紅，溫一溫，一口下去渾身精神一整的那種。上次喝都是二十年前和大舅子在上海對飲，記憶猶新。洋酒我不在行，白蘭地我在國內常喝高。這次女兒回來，讓我陪她喝Rum對可樂，兩杯下去；又讓係裏的一個博士後灌了幾杯威士忌加冰，又喝高了。
