政府有這樣的code?從來沒聽說過。

你不如去那裏問問這種東西是否合理？如果不合理，別理這老太。有時候這種單子上了court會被dismiss掉的。就是比較麻煩。我曾經被nyc的building department找麻煩，後來就dismiss掉了。政府檢查房子是因為有人complain,隻要住在裏麵的人允許進入就可以了，不需要屋主的許可。
