請幫忙看看closing cost，不明白deed$1098.8

請教大家：title company 準備的Settlement statement (HUD-1)如下，我對比了以前買房子時的HUD，發現2家title收費是不同的，比如我買房子時settlement/close fee是買主我付前的$300,現在賣房子怎麽賣主我還要交$150的settlement/close fee？ 是正常的嗎？還有deed $1098.8是什麽？請大家幫忙看看這些費用是否正常？謝謝先！

Closing fee: （NJ)

1)     $150 settlement/close fee

3)      $75 Deed preparation fee

4)      Under government recording and transfer charges有2個費用：1）release $75 2) deed $1098.8

5)      Others like city/town taxes,     6% agent commission fee。。
