地下室（自家房）裝修的費用？

家裏地下室的一半買時已經裝修好，想把另一半也裝修一下 ：可以作出一個臥室，一個full bath,一個正好可以打乒乓球的playroom. 據說要做臥室的話，現有的窗戶必須要開大才能符合code.

是不是工程很大？大約多少銀子？謝謝
