BSO--縣裏給俺房子的估價終於降了1。5%，俺明年可以少付tax

哈哈，從買了房子後就沒有降過，這是第一次。這個小區每年漲一點，property tax每年就加一點。這周圍的房價在跌，反正我們的估價就是不跌。今年以為還漲的呢。一個小學要搬過來，房子賣得飛快，房價自然也跌不下來了。

 

不過，從俺十多年前十八萬買下房子，放現在上市能賣20萬，我就謝天謝地了。：（。
