關於房客

有一出租房，租客已住了3年了。現舊鄰居間接傳話，認為我們的租客在賣東西。經常有人很晚進進出出，但舊鄰居不知道我房客在賣何物。想請教一下各位大拿，我現在要如何做？謝謝了。
