1. 1st thing 1st, read you state landlord-tenant status.
2. usually it will clearly tell you, within xx days, you either receive a full refund or an itemized list of deduction in writing, providing you gave them a forwarding address.
3. if you didn't get anything, you can file for full refund.
4. if you did get a list, you can file a claim for questionable item.
