買價：140,000

地稅 + HOA = $250/每月

SID：還要付$5890。大概每年$980

房屋保險：$50/每月

現在這個房子有租客，每月付$1150。

我準備放25%頭款，剩餘的 105,000貸款，問了一下投資房的利率大概在4.125 左右。
