But, you won't like your house to be unattended if you put on too much co-pay. So, you have two choices:

1 find a cheaper plumber or DIY,

2 raise rent next year

Besides, don't think that house, no matter how new it is, is attached to you emotionanlly. Don't mind about cost or reasoning whose fault too much. Your life will be much easier.
