我來問問題。關於quit claim。

我以前做的quit claim，title insurance仍舊cover LLC（隻要LLC的所有人包括我）。今天要做的quit claim被告知title insurance not transferable。這是新規定還是title insurance公司的條約不同？請各位師兄師姐給小師弟解析。
