- Title services and lender’s title insurance: ~$1010
- Owner’s title insurance: ~$550
- Government recording charges: ~$130
- Transfer taxes: ~$170
- Daily interest charges ~$75
- Homeowner’s insurance(Hazard insurance): ~$600
Total: ~$2800
其中不包括我自己買的insurance(~$400/year). 請教大小地主們,
1. 這些個項目哪些應當包括在closing cost裏?聽說closing cost 應當隻有2000刀左右。
2. 這些個項目是不是一次性的charge?
3. 賣家給了$3010,是不是用來cover這些個東東的? 剩下的DOLLAR如何處理?
