    看好了一個異地的房子，想委托出價了。

   應為是第一次在米國買房，不知道該如何選擇代理。有2個一直保持著聯係的代理，一個中國人，一個美國人。對這兩個人都不了解，是上了網站她們自己主動聯係我的。我希望知道哪一個最終能依靠。如果我同時讓兩個人一起出價是不是不好？ 中國人語言沒有障礙，但是聽別人說美國人更規矩，好糾結------。別砸我，因為無知，並無惡意---。
