大家有沒有覺得現在又開始搶房搶得厲害了。

上周五，一房子上市，網上看起還不錯，就打電話給我的agent，想去看，周一agent打電話給我，說已經給listing agent談過了，沒戲了，我不信，自己又打電話給listing agent，結果，TNND，居然就是一個周末就有了五個offers，而且全是現金。周一晚上，果然，就已經是pending了。

這個房子是南加州，知道北加州也在瘋搶，還有哪裏也開始了，大家通通氣。

請大牛們分析分析，是不是這個開始複蘇了，還是暫時性的瘋狂。。。
