岀租房要remodel upgrade, 向老師們同學們請教

1。地毯要換。以前有人說最好是換 laminated wood. 對嗎？ 有 cheap cheap 又耐用的可推薦嗎？
2。主臥室的 bath and shower 要換掉。Shower 是瓷磚還是其它石頭？主臥想要顯點檔次taste 不想太cheap cheap 以便租個好人家租個好價錢 （expect ~2300/month)
