Attic 粱上也有mold, 問題大嗎？謝謝。

投資房剛做了inspection，inspector說地基沒問題，basement的水是從破裂的管子來的，但是除了棚頂有mold，Attic 的(三角的)粱上也有mold，inspector說最好換，add ventilation in attic, fixing the mold and replacing the celling costs about 10K, 在等report, report明天到。現在鬧心，想問問: 問題大嗎？謝謝。
