緊急求救

俺正在倫敦開會，房客發妹兒來說地毯濕了一塊，大概不到1尺見方。地點在dining room門口靠近廚房處。有照片。找了個可靠的plumber來看，但找不出原因。房客說要揭開地毯來看，俺想先在這裏詢問一下，還有什麽主意沒有。向大家求助，謝謝！！！
