今天本來要到法院辦四件事的。隻辦了一件。還有三件庭外解決了。

我的心很軟的。

對於我代管的房子，房客不交租該怎麽揍就怎麽揍。今天庭外解決的一個房客，房租695，在我手裏每月late fee 100，每月都要上法庭，管理公司費100，法庭費125。沒交房租就已經三費325了。六月底欠了我們767美元。庭外和解，今天付我700塊，六月late fee 100，法庭費125，管理公司費100。餘下375付房租。跟他口頭協議，如果他每個月付我1000的話，我從7月起就不收他late fee，也不上法庭。直到付清。
