請問有HOA的屋主哪些行為需要事先得到他們的批準？

1。前院栽樹需要申請批準嗎？還是需要左右鄰居簽字？or both?
2。不改變房屋結構，後院砌一個BBQ台子+水池
3。不改變房屋結構，把電爐頭改成煤氣的。
