AC wiring question, please help!

Can anyone help for my AC wiring question? My AC condensor is not running. After opening condensor wiring cover, I realize two wires are not attached to anything. To me, it seems the connection with the Thermostat wiring is broken.  But not sure. Can anyone confirm it with me based on the following pictures? If so, which colors should be attached together? Called the Home Warranty company last night, but all the contractors they gave to me are not available today. So hot here and want to solve it asap if possible. Thanks a lot in advance.
