When you actually submit an app to them, their rate will be high

The post rate is best of best one can possibly get. In short, it is a rate in theory.

Even if you have 830 credit score, you may not get it.

It also depends on the property location and type and all sorts of conditions.

I'm not sure if there will be anyone actually getting the posted rate.
