難題求教：怎樣給大窗遮光？早晨太陽光很早就照進窗來影響睡眠。

很大的窗。如果不想麻煩請人安裝百葉窗的話（一來房東恐怕不會同意，二來美國的百葉窗似乎不太遮光）。有什麽妙法？

我本來想用報紙胡起來，但是床很大，報紙相對較小，不知道怎麽胡。而且報紙還是透光。

求教大家有何妙法解決這個難題？非常感謝！
