今天上午剛過戶一個TH duplex

每邊2br/1.5ba，751 sf。買價40K，合同費7K，修理~8K。共55K。

一邊已有Sec8 tenant，月租550。俺問了左鄰右舍，都在700上下，所以有漲的潛力。
另一邊打算修好了700租出去。

HOA=0
tax=1000
PM= 10%

insurance = 60/month
