剛收到一個 ss deal

12 unit，$200K, monthly rent = $525x12 = $6300

Tax = $4000/yr

水費，垃圾費，路燈費$800/month。

Seller agent 俺認識，還是一個好PM，管理著100多unit。俺可以請他來管理這個complex。

俺決定要seller提供cpa certified financial statement。大火覺得如何？
