Do you mean I should get a disclosure from the seller of this house? It is "as is", there is no seller disclosure. Does "as is" not require seller disclosure?
Or do you mean that I will offer tenant to sign on my disclosure there might be lead paint and a*****estos in the future? Doesn't the state require people to remove all that before renting to others?
