請問handyman關於Electric Outlet和Toilet的修理問題

房客說幾個 Electric Outlets 不工作了，一般有什麽辦法？必須請電工嗎？

還有，Toilet， 要衝兩三次才能衝幹淨 (takes 2-3 flushes to clean out the toilet bowl) ， 有什麽好辦法？

另外， 空調製冷不均勻，有的房間不夠涼快。是不是要加freon? 如果做一個 A/C Routine Service是否可以一起做了？

以上工作可以找一個handyman處理，還是要不同的licensed的人？
