請教這裏的投資大拿有關DCA買基金

想用Fidelity的個人賬戶（非401（K)或IRA），用DCA買Index Funds (FUSEX).但是，這個基金有個$10,000 Minimum to Invest. 是不是必須先買$10,000以後，才可以開始DCA?
