1。SFH， 4/2.5, built in 1929，229k, tax 3700, rent 2200-2500

2. TH, 3/2.5, built in 2011, 250k, tax 4900, HOA: 105/Month, rent around 2450

3. TH, 3/2.5, new construction, 250k, tax unknown yet, HOA: 88/Month, rent unknown
