我自家的房子main sewer line堵了,髒水倒灌回來， warranty company 上星期四派了第一家plumbing company來修。他們用75尺的snake通。他們的snake的電動開關壞了，他們兩個笨蛋就用蠻力往裏麵硬通。中間還叫我到屋子裏注意聽聽有沒有水管破裂馬桶破裂的聲音。他說怕萬一捅錯了方向，把馬桶給捅暴了。馬桶倒是沒暴，後來他們說通好了，當時我試了，也確實通了，他們就走了。

星期五發現又堵上了，warranty company 這次派了另一家plumbing company來通。這第二家通好了以後，又用照相機看了，說是main sewer line破了，需要修，估價2千3百。

我們覺得是第一家plumbing company用snake用的不對搞破的，所以和warranty company交涉，覺得他們有責任幫我們修好。warranty company派第一家plumbing company後天到我們家來看，他們說會先給一個估價。但必須挖出管子來才能知道是他們捅破的，還是原來就破了。如果是他們捅破的，他們修。如果是原來就破的，我們出錢修，因為這段管子warranty company不管修理。

想問問各位同學我有什麽要注意的，我怎麽知道這段管子是原來壞了，還是被他們上次弄壞的？不修是不可能的了，現在馬桶雖然可以用，但他們告誡我們不能放toilet paper進去，這也太麻煩了。所以必須盡快修。
