Sale 的房子Close了，前屋主還不肯搬走怎麽辦？

Short Sale 的房子 Title 也簽了,本來說好上兩個星期就搬走的，沒搬；有推到說上星期搬，又沒搬。我該怎麽辦？Loan Agent說現在已經不能退出了，因為貸款開始生效了。
