我的一個非常好的老莫租客要走了。因為

她家自己買房了，就在我們這個租房的小區。永遠提前一周租金就寄來了。提前一個半月通知我要搬家，還保證要打掃幹淨。本來保持的也很好。

難道人說的連老莫租客都能買房時就是房市漲了之時已到？俺還是很懷疑阿。應該是租房不如買房劃算占的比例更大吧。因為利率低。

當然了，好處是房租趁機漲8%。
